Shipping, pricing, and returns — all laid out straight. No surprises, no runaround.

Shipping Methods

We ship all items through trusted carriers. Once payment or trade is confirmed, your order is packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Priority ShippingUSPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days

Free ShippingOn orders over $75 (standard shipping)

All items are carefully packaged to arrive in the same condition they left us. If you have special packaging requests, just let us know when you reach out.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the item has been handed off. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve it.

Pricing

Prices are set based on item condition, brand, style, and current market value for secondhand clothing. We keep things fair — no inflated resale markups, no lowball offers.

Everyday Items$5 – $30 — basics, tees, casual wear
Denim & Bottoms$15 – $50 — jeans, cargos, trousers
Outerwear$25 – $100 — jackets, coats, hoodies
Vintage / Rare$30 – $150+ — depending on condition and rarity
Accessories$5 – $40 — hats, belts, bags
Footwear$20 – $120 — sneakers, boots, casual shoes

All prices are listed per item. For trades, we assess the value of both items and work out a fair exchange — sometimes even-steven, sometimes with a small cash difference to balance things out.

Negotiation is welcome. If you think a price is off, reach out and we'll talk. We'd rather make a deal than let a good piece sit.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every item we sell. All pieces are described and photographed as accurately as possible. That said, we understand that secondhand shopping sometimes comes with surprises.

To start a return: Email us at [email protected] or call (405) 822-8387 within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your name, the item, and the reason for the return.

Items returned without prior contact or outside the 7-day window will not be accepted. Items that show signs of wear after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
